12 minutes of fiddling to try and get my order in and still didn't manage to get it across the line. Crashes, slowness in the app, error messages saying no network (only this app, everything else was fine) and payment errors. I'm running on a modern phone so really no excuse. It would have been quicker to stand in line at starbucks.

Second time using the app to purchase coffee, the first payment transaction went through but wasn't recorded on the app. Had to make a 2nd payment for my coffee. So I had to pay double for 1 cup of coffee. I still have not been refunded yet and if this continues, not only will I boycott the chain but spread my experience with my friends as well.
