channel 12 weather is dedicated to providing up-to-date information as fast as any channel and I can say they are so accurate that it's the only weather app I have on my phone, and they can track a tornado excellent giving you plenty of time to take shelter. thank you channel 12 for everything you do for the community's.

The app seems to work well. I used it for a long time. It states that no data is shared with other parties. I started using an app tracking blocker software. The app was indeed trying to send app tracking info to Google, Microsoft and two other companies. It made hundreds of attempts to send my personal information to these third parties in just a few days. I tried to go into the settings of the app to opt out of sharing my information. I couldn't get it done. I liked the app but deleted it

I've used this app for over a year, and loved it until this newest update- now it crashes nearly every time I open it. Forget weather alerts... it crashes. Want to find out what the storm is doing on the radar? It crashes... multiple times... no idea why they messed with a great app, but they broke it. I guess I'm in the market for a good weather app...

Great app, however the notifications are annoying. Even tho I set the notifications to be as minimal as possible but theres constantly some annoying notification making my phone blink. If I set the notifications to only notify me of things I choose, then that's how it should be. No extra. Might uninstall the app because it's getting on my nerves.

I love being able to see all the weather in one place & so I can easily understand it. I also love the "alerts" that this app sends me when threatening weather is expected. It's always accurate & thorough. Thanks to the KSLA First Alert team for a wonderful and informative app to better protect the residents of Shreveport & surrounding areas!

I haven't been using the app very long, but as for now, I am enjoying it. Y'all seem to be able to get the weather right lots more times than the Weather Channel app. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I tried The Weather Channel app again, but there were so many ads that I came back to your app. This app is so easy to use with a small amount of ads. Thank you!! 😊😊
