Very bad experience, I ordered milk formula for my baby at 8:50pm and the time for delivery is between 10 to 12, at 11:35 I received a message that delivery on the way, just after 5 minutes I found that order back to preparing not on delivery until 12:30, my baby has no milk formula to drink,, really too bad experience and I uninstall the application, it was my first and last order

Please add a filter tool in the phone app. Also, when making a payment, the back button takes you all the way back to the address confirmation page, it should go back to the previous step only.

Very good app.. order placing also good...I have one suggestion . I stead of manual selection of store,, app should automatically show green color for store having ful or partial ordered items...thanks

I guess your servers are too slow. Browsing in the app for products, even at the website, is too slow.

Many times I order and pay successfully but my order never reaches their system. So, I have to call customer service and cancel payment then wait for my money to come back after few days... I am using latest updated app from Google Play. This issue came to me so many times it is irritating. Ordering online with PC is better than the app is bad. However, I can order via app and pay in branch; this way it is always successful with no complications.

-Bad delevery system, if you don't have driver at a time just update in the app system. I request order delevery between 4-6pm & the driver call me around 7.30pm asking about the location he even didn't reach my location, it was sooo frustrating 💔. I tried to reschedule the order I can't do it from the app I've to call costemer service. -Horrible costmer care, I tried all the number but it's not responding only repeat there massage.

It's very slow, and that's really frustrating! Especially when I want to check the cart, it doesn't go there as fast as it should be, and whwn I want to delet an item move to favorate/ wish list it also takes very long time to do that. Kindly fix the issues with this app

Bad application with bad management. Not all the products appears in the search, you must go through the categories then choose. Bad management that if you need to return the item you should go far away to your home to return to the same store! And they send close expiration products. Very bad overall and not advised to be used.
