It's very draining on my phone battery and required to stay running in the background. If that wasn't ridiculous enough, it is very annoying ing photos. It requires 4 steps for on bloody photo! It should allow you to photos also. And it should be possible to delete photos and notes if needed to reenter/ . Lame app, slows the work!

Man if yall don't remove that loud incredibly annoying music that plays whenever someone updates the route I swear to gawd! And it plays none stop. You can't turn it off! Even if you log out. I literally have to go to settings to force stop the app... EVERY SINGLE TIME. Whoever came up with that idea. Yah mama a... you know what ima keep it professional. Please fix the pointless elevator music. Or atleast give me the option to turn it off.

In the signature box, Add a line above the bottom of the box. People always sign at the very bottom and it doesn't track the finger. It always says loading. Never actually does anything. This app is the most annoying thing to use ever. It adds at least an hour to my day. A trick I learned is put your phone on airplane mode. Gets rid of load times. Then turn airplane mode off and refresh it.

I find it odd that dt doesn't respond to any reviews. Where to begin? This app has to load, update, and save constantly which takes a considerable amount of time, even when connected to the internet. I find that pictures, reports, and start/end times get erased on a weekly basis. When app sends you to Google Maps there are occasions when it sends you to an unrelated and random address. the layout for writing is a two line box to type in and can be near impossible to use.

I have read the info on your webpage. Which makes it seem great. However it doesn't do what the webpage says. Cant send custom messages to the customer. GPS is always off and thinking I'm not there when I'm in the customer's driveway. Can't use video. AI cant auto route and dispatch does it manually. Potential here but once those issues are fixed there's other things that it needs to work for the company I work for.

This app used to be the bomb! NOW ALONG WITH ALL ITS TYPICAL BUGS, IT HAS BECOME FIRST CLASS🤬. But seriously... the brush feature allowing to draw on pics is nice. However the constant s slow connection speed and relentless updating every time you look at it has really got me to the point of quitting my favorite job in the world... I hate my job now thanks to this app!

I have used this app for the last few years. It is very helpful in organizing the route. Makes it very easy to communicate with delivery customers, and also for them to communicate with delivery drivers. The only knock isn't exactly DispatchTrack's fault. In Atlanta, a lot of new construction makes for confusion on the Google maps. A little diligence and extra work can find those locations. I wholeheartedly suggest people use this app.

Logs you out from time to time, will not update and lags behind stops, the routing itself isn't always efficient, has glitches that will boot you back to the Activation screen which causes issues at 5:30 in the morning. The app has relaibility issues, which is not great, considering this is an app for corporate logistics.
