Edulog’s Parent Portal is a self-service app that allows you to track your child’s assigned transportation from his or her school. Know what routes and vehicles have been assigned to your child, complete with planned pickup and dropoff locations and times. Track in real time your child’s bus’s position. know when to send your child to the bus stop to avoid waiting in bad weather. Configure notifications to alert you when your child’s bus is nearing pickup or dropoff.

Not useful. I think it's a combination of our schools not being able to figure it out (I wouldn't be surprised if it had a wonky interface on their end) and limited features in the app. I get notifications all morning for my daughter's bus as it's in and out of our designated area. And my son's bus always says it last updated at around 1-3 in the AM! Limited features on notifications. And I would love to see a full list of all the bus routes for the schools like they used to print out for us.

Many times this app is incredibly inaccurate. We get notices at all hours of changes and most are never changes that take effect. Have even had to send screenshots to bus supervisor. We do walk quite a distance to catch the bus and the inaccuracies make catching the bus on time difficult.

50/50 chance of it acctually working. when it works its great but so many times we log on and it hasn't updated the buses location in 30 minutes so we close and restart the app and still nothing. Or if they have to use a different bus for the route it doesn't track that at all and you are left completly in the dark. The idea of it is nice but it has room for lots of improvements.

Mildly useful: you're able to see locations and manually check where the bus is, but notifications are not pushed to let you know when it is approaching. Notifications used to work, but stopped sometime last year. They worked for a few weeks this year, but have stopped again. This app would be SO much more useful with pushed notifications.

Unreliable. I'm not solely blaming the app as the problems may very well be the GPS on the bus or something else. this is more of a warning to parents that were told to use this for bus tracking. oftentimes we'll see the bus miles away and it's already at the stop. other times the app acts like there is no ed and I have to force it to close to start over. waste of time.

When it works it's decent but still hard to navigate. When it glitches, which is far too frequent, it's just useless. The features are kind of buggy. Changing when/if and at what distance you get notified doesn't always work. Currently I'm getting notifications but when I open the app there is no assigned transportation so I can't even see where the bus is. Great idea just needs a lot of work.

App is completely unreliable. On a whim it decides whether or not it's going to send notifications. Edubox shows all the bus arriving notifications, but it's not pushing them to my phone. App Info on my phone shows Edulog sends about "0 notifications per week", even though all notifications are toggled on. I don't get notifications even when I have the app open as the bus is arriving.

It might work once in a while. That is not reliable. I open the app to see where the bus is 10 min before my daughter goes to her stop. On days with cold or rainy weather, this is valuable info...keeping her time in the elements minimal. It works, then it says GPS not working. Then when the bus is one minute away, it works again. So at the most important time, it is useless!!! Why can't the GPS for this app be as reliable as the GPS in most phones? Is it the bus? I'm not impressed by this app.
