As you know, Chess is one of the oldest strategy games in the world.
Chess is an excellent board logic game that develops such skills as tactics, strategy and visual memory.
I'm trying to create an application that allows a player of any level to enjoy the game.

Chess pieces:

- The pawn moves to one field forward or two fields at the first move of this figure; beats diagonally to one field forward.
- The king moves to one field in the vertical, horizontal or diagonal.
- The queen moves to any distance vertically, horizontally or diagonally.
- The rook moves to any distance vertically or horizontally.
- The knight moves to the field two fields along the vertical and one horizontally or one field vertically and two horizontally.
- The bishop moves to any distance diagonally.

Important Chess situations:

- Check - the situation in chess when a king is under immediate attack by opponent's pieces
- Checkmate - the situation in chess when the player whose turn it is to move is in check and has no legal move to escape check.
- Stalemate - the situation in chess when the player whose turn it is to move has no legal move and is not in check. (draw)

The goal of the game is to checkmate the other king.

Two special moves in Chess:

- Castling is a double move, performed by the king and the rook that never moved.
- En ant is a move in which a pawn can take an opponent's pawn if it jumps over a field under the pawn's blow.

It's a good teacher if you want to learn. No slack AI vs mode. Fast learning experiences. Doesn't just play unthoughtful moves after level 3. makes plays that shows. How you should go by making the best decisions for whatever position its given to face. Openly giving a complete lesson. Teaching self & learning is easy if you study each movements. & pay attention to reasoning of why it makes it's next move. While it battles you. Pay attention to movements against offensive play Learn quickly.

Classic chess. Beginning levels are a lil tough to bear through but the difficulty raises qwik. My only real issue is the angle of view. It's kind of difficult to see things at times. But all in all it's a decent rendition of a timeless classic Update lol Wow I don't know when I gave this but I'm back! Absolutely Love chess. Went into settings and got my wish as far as perspective. Probably the same 2 D from above the first chess game ever had lol works for me!

Chess, the thinking man's game. Depending on how capable you are in a match. If you play too well in the beginning, you can expect a show stopper as you progress. This game is for beginners, many that need practice and hone your skills because it will give you a criticism of where you are making the questionable moves and the bad. The textbook moves, the all-star moves and the good ones. It has its rankings as you progress and if you stay too long expect the show stopper. Talent builds Skills.

Please program your bots to CONCEDE. It's infuriating having to skip back ( take the penalty) and play moves I don't want to so it doesn't call a stalemate when I still have moves on the board. A stalemate is when both players don't have moves to make and agree or the game would be endless, your algorithm gets mad and calls it a draw when I have an upper hand. My closing game may be garbage but the way the bot calls a draw would get you punched in the face in a real game.

I've put many many hours in this game to the time. There is no repetitive patterns and each game is quite unique. I love how dev scales skill level as you progress. Having the back option after any play is very useful if your trying to learn and develop your game (ok, and when you make a mistake). I also use checkers by same dev. overall, I wouldn't even look at another chess app unless your after online game play. ads are acceptable as only on start/end of game. highly recommend.

Solid chest simulator. Graphics aren't spectacular, but everything is clean and more than sufficient for chess. No flashy or gaudy effects. AI is solid, and provides a good challenge without being too difficult. I've played some chess simulators in the past that were absolutely too hard on any difficulty, but I made it through hard difficulty on this one without too much headache. Enjoyable and flexible game, good job.

It's a good app in my opinion. It does exactly as it says it does and does it well. I've seen a few reviews about the game being buggy or the U cheating, but in the 5 months ive been playing, I havent seen a single thing they are claiming. There are ads like any other free game, but it's only a one image ad at the end of the match.(no 30 second videos or that nonsense) The only reason I'd give this a 4 star, is because the U tends to get very wonky when there are only a few pieces left.

I enjoyed that it allows you to progress from beginner and win your way to tougher games. I cheated & moved 1 turn back. I think it would force me to get tougher if I had to suffer for my errors. Still it's a great trainer. Keep on enjoying it. I haven't played in years. I'd like to try more master openings. I've forgotten most. But the Sicilian defense can be employed nicely here. Great setup! Thanks for letting me see what I've lost verses retained. It definitely has nice pieces Best wishes!
