I really enjoy the app and have been playing on Jawaker for years... However, a much required fix is needed in Hand game... If I have 6 cards or more in a series, it doesn't allow me to drop a meld unless I split them. Unfortunately, in many cases, you do not have enough time to split them, and I end up losing the game because of it. I highly recommend that in the next app update to have the cards split themselves when you drop a meld. It is irritating and unfair for the player 😒

As much as I love this app. There is a bug in it where people can steal your tokens after you purchase. All of a sudden you will see that your tokes where transferred to someone else. And the customer service cannot do anything about it. It's a very long process to the customer service to start with. Another game gone to waste because of customer .

Used to be good, way too many players leaving mid game, or starting a game and leaving right away. I don't have problem with ads, but even after watching the whole ad sometimes it won't let you back in the game, and with the amount of players abandoning games, a lot of times I end up leaving the app after 5+ minutes of trying to play without any luck because of the ads and the bad players.

Lack of performance and efficiency in game response time. Players quit game and never complete one round. I finally realized that it is not worth playing anymore. I uninstalled and deleted app from my device on April 6th 2023. Players quit, now new add pop up, and frustrating response time from other players. The App's idea and intention of developers are great, and I truly appreciated that and their effort. I will quit for now and hope in future this game can institute some new rules.

Great app honestly. However I do have an issue with a couple of things. First of all, there should be some kind of penalty for leaving a game for no reason. A person shouldn't be able to just leave a game whenever they want (unless the game is just bots playing). Some kind of karma system, taking away currency or even levels would solve this issue. Also in four player games, players should be able to kick vote someone out if they are being bad on purpose or stalling.

It's a great game, played it for years now. But since a while it doesn't work properly on mibile internet, only on wifi! Keeps reporting that there's no network connection while I'm running on 5G. I even checked setting to see if it's not in the allowed apps for using mobile network and it's is allowed. So it's a bug in the app. Ill update my rating to 5 stars when fixed!

I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue with the Jwaker app. For almost a month now, the option to watch ads to earn tokens for competition play has been unavailable. This feature was a significant part of my gameplay experience, and its absence has impacted my ability to participate fully in the competitions.

Competitions are played in 2 rounds. If you win the first round you'll, most of the time, loose the second. So you're a looser 90% of the time. The app controls the cards distribution or the dice rolls. Very annoying, making the game frustrating instead of amusing !!!! Not recommended
