What the heck is going on with this app!? Been working smooth as glass for years now and all of a sudden the app keeps on crashing. Why isn't this issue fixed already??? Very unhappy as we need reley on this app to remotely setup a lock code for our guests. ** UPDATE ** With some prompt online assistance from Clyde, I was instructed to uninstall then reinstall my app. Logged in, and all issues were magically resolved! As stores the info and not the app, no settings or history was lost.

Please just stop, I am just sick and tired of these "need app to access" scams. It's a padlock for crying out loud, make a code, enter code, boom access. Not that flipping hard. But nooo you have to get an app to do anything and it's disgusting. How do s with flip phones even use this junk??? Just so done with it. All of it is a scheme to infringe on privacy and sell our information to third parties.

Just installed in for my new place. So far loving the experience. When the lock was installed, my wifi wasn't up yet however setting up my lock with the bridge on my own was a very smooth experience. The app guided me through every step of the process.

What an amazing door lock and key safe. I use it for my out of state airbnbs, off grid locations and all. I program multiple combinations and walla!! It's super durable and blietooth capabilities make it a dream!

it has worked well for me so far on the integration to Air bnb even without the hub it was working well. one change I'd ask for is with the connection to air bnb it would be nice if you could have the option to not send an automated code for an booking. some bookings I prefer to set their code to a simpler 4 digit one and I can't stop the Automated Message from sending the longer one. I'd also like to be able to have the ability to automated 4 digit codes though air bnb integration.

Terrible app and product. Slow, fingerprint sensor feels like in the 2000s, don't work well. Sequential unlock doesn't work after a few weeks. Almost non existent customer service, received template reply to FAQ.

I don't understand why is there a need for timeout on the where if there is a concern regarding security, there is already biometric option to enable to secure the further. Frustrating that every now and then we have to to the app. App also requires internet to operate the lock. I find that is not necessary.

The uncle who helped us to install the lock is very friendly and helpful in teaching us how to use and also what each object does. He is also very professional in his workmanship. Love how the lock look on our door. The app works ok. But recently, I cannot even open the app anymore. It would crash upon start up. Solved it by uninstalling and reinstalling it again.
