The new app was installed today. The new app is not as friendly as the previous app. It does not give me the second screen to view my system. I would rather have the previous app as it was more friendly with more information. I would be happy if you changed me back.

OK app. Useful details are there with graphical representation. Exiting the app still lives in the memory and screen. You have to manually swipe to close the app. Major drawback is that there is no refresh option and you have to close the app and reopen for latest data. Hope this feature could be added.

Constantly disappointing app to use. I have had my system 4 years the app has always been the biggest disappointment and I recall the set up was extraordinaraIy difficult. I use a different system/app in my workspace and the difference is chalk and cheese and very rarely if ever have I been asked to re agree term or whatever agreements. Buyer beware this is the app you are stuck with for the life of your solar system think twice before purchasing any system that uses this app.

Please look at what you are doing with the remote control feature. Sometimes its there then it's gone. Make up your mind please before we all get fed up and go to an alternative. Same old Same old problem. Remote Control appears for 2 days then it's gone again. Totally frustrating. Need to get their act together once and for all. .

Change of wifi is very difficult. My wifi changed. But even after one month not able to set new wifi network. Tecnitian not arrived even after so many reminders and requests. We don't know when the problem solve. No record with me to show to electricity department for reduction of bills. They are collecting full bill, even after power generated from solar is going to grid.

Really slow refresh rate, lacks features. When internet is down, the data is not recorded. Other brand store it locally until it connects to the internet again Every time you open the app all your selected paramaters on the graph is reset so you have to go manually select soc for instance every time I suggest using solarassistant rather

Massive delay between what's really happening vs what the app shows. Also asks you to all the time (multiple times per day). Absolutely useless charts that's very difficult to interact with

Can't add my phone number because the Country prefix is so limited. Terribly clunky layout. Can't view or easily change inverter settings (SRNE). Real time view can't be customised. This program is worse than what PowMr supplies! I can't believe it's so bad!
