Why is the time on the App an hour ahead of time for my region. Apps work well, it is just the regional settings that does not show the correct time.

It's okay.Not as informative as the Growatt Shine app. It's doesn't shows comprehensive detail in 5 mins intervals, only daily and monthly. Would be nice if the data was in real time. Also very limited info on the battery. The dashboard looks too animated and should be on the landing page.

I'm an experienced electrical engineer working in the automation and green energy field since 90th and never faced careless crew like deye inverters . talking about this app, using it is like having a luxurious last model Rolls Royce but having to drive it using a computer mouse with just two buttons. Deye solar inverters are powerful, strong, reliable, with two many efficient options and parameters but the have one of the worst handicaps, application that does not allow any control 😔

My experience using this app is extremely wonderful and satisfactory. Suggestions: First, it lacks real time data access as it takes 10 to 20 minutes to update. This time may be minimised. Second, after factory reset we are unable to see the data of the Inverter from day one on which it was installed. So, please update it so that we may see data of inverter from the day it was installed. As per now it starts from the day it is reseted. Thanks in anticipation. Dr Syed Abrar Hussain Shah

The app is terrible, the update rate is unsatisfactory and it lacks methods of warning you if your plant suffer some autage or other event. Not good at all. And you can only data from the web site, the web site dos not work on mobile devices even if you especify to load the desktop one, terrible.
