Have been using smarty since the summer and so far so good. Unlimited data for 20 quid is a great price. might get the odd bit of network loss in some places like most of any networks, but overall, it's perfectly fine and glad I found it. App is easy to use, can auto renew. And if don't easy to just manually do it with the payment going through quick etc. ** 1 negative is you can't use the data while on calls which can be rather annoying sometimes though**

TBF the app itself seems ok, up to now, but the network coverage ( 3 ) is terrible, no signal on either phone or 4g frequently. So will only have the app for a month before changing back to someone more reliable. Update, checked the settings on the SIM and found the roaming and 4G options both 'off'. Didn't even realise these SIM settings were there or that they would come in the 'disabled' state. All now working as they should.

1. Every time this app updates you have to again, fingerprint no good. Even banks don't make you put up with this nonsense on an update! 2. The web experience is far faster to retrieve data (usage etc) across your group. App is very slow for this. Other than that Smarty is great, just the app is awful.

Genuinely useless, updates like 30 minutes after whatever information shown in the web version. Convoluted menus to do just about anything. Dumb down version of the website with less features. Shows nothing when trying to renew plans. Just plain bad feature sets. Makes me wanna switch back to Lebara.

speeds barely get over 1-2mbps, internet usually slow and the simple, honest mobile probably means "outdoors" only. Leaving SMARTY in a few days to a much faster network. Networks who throttle speeds will end up with bandwidths they will struggle to fix. Throttling speeds will always cause online networks such as PSN and XBOX to crash/go down with ping spikes and bandwidth problems. Some game developers are going back to offline play and offline save due to bandwidth problems and ISP!

Awful. Keeps telling me needs an update but when I try to do it just takes me to web page, no option to update. As soon as I leave the house and WiFi data does not appear to work. Can get calls but cannot use Internet,. Very frustrating

Terrible can never the service itself is shocking. My was suspended for suspicious activity I explained I was hacked and they've left me with no services or access to anything for 2 days. I had just paid my bill and they had the nerve to tell me to go and buy a sim and top up.. Do not recommend at all. Unethical company shocking customer care.

I ed this month and very pleased to have done so. The only irritating part is having to every time I want to check data usage because I don't have a screen lock. Not necessary, surely.
