Electronic Visit Verification (EVV): lock-In and Clock-Out with the simple tap of a button. Whether the visit occurs in the home, or out in the community, HHAeXchange will the start of the visit by matching an approved patient address to the clock-in GPS coordinates.

It is slow and crashes often. I am required to use this app to log when I work. Most days it has an 8 to 10 second lag before it responds to my selections. I also frequently get a pop-up notice from my phone that this app is unresponsive or it just crashes. Occasionally it takes me over 5 minutes just to clock in or out.

I can't even to the app. When I enter my email and , it says it's not valid. And because the company I work for has been transitioning all employees/consumers slowly over to this service in 'small batches' over the past year or so your told "once your group is moved you can't go back to the old provider." Luckily, I am able to use the actual website that corresponds with the app. I've had some issues using the website definitely but in the end, I am able to submit my timesheet.

Awful! Always crashing never actually clocks in or out when I try and I've uninstalled it multiple times and it fixed nothing. The app acts like it has a bug in it making it malfunction. HORRIBLE also it never ever is correct on the location. I've been in my clients house and it said for 10 minutes straight I was down the road 1000ft.

This app is terrible, I'm late clocking in all the time because the app refuses to load or keeps going back to the home screen when I try to clock in. And half the time it tells me I clocked out but when I go back to clock in the next day it says I never clocked out the day before. I've tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling nothing works. If I could give this app zero stars I would, it's absolute garbage and I hate that I have to use it and they never fix it.

crappie app. crashes all the time. locks me out so I cannot sign in or out. GPS is a total mess. when it does , it sends me to an old client address not the current client one. plus when I can sign in to the appropriate client, it will still say I am 500 ft from them, even if standing right next to them.

The longer the app is installed the more glitches it acquires . It currently says I have 23 urgent messages; I have 0. When I try clicking on/out it freezes long enough my phone asks if I want to close the app or wait. Also if your phone doesn't have data/WiFi you can only clock out in airplane mode, that's a bit weird but better than nothing. Besides theae issues it's not bad. To get it to start working properly, you have to uninstall and reinstall it periodically.

Worse app! Before Covid19 and during it, I was using this app when fewer aides were using it. It worked perfectly then. Now, the agencies, especially the one I work with, is enforcing its use to clock in and clock out of work. The app is giving me endless pros. I keep on getting messages that the app is crashing. It takes so long to clock in, and by the time I get thru, it is past my clock in time. I constantly have to click on the choice wait. I sent messages to HHAexchange,and no response

Had to unistall the app and it again to get the updated version, or else the app wouldn't work. Just logged in and clocked out, there was no hassle or pop-up stating to restat the app or waiting a long time for the app to move from one screen to the next. Bravo, finally, it works, now lets not change anything else on the back end that will break the app again. 3 stars only since the majority of my experience with this app hasn't been pleasant. Hopefully, that changes in the future.
