Changing properties but can't as a resident access the new property. It says I already have an . I'm still with the same management company. But Resman is not letting me sign in with a new or name or my old name and for a different property.

This app is horrible! I've been trying for several days now to and simply pay rent, but it constantly spins, doesn't load, or let me click anything to be able to do that! This app has provides the bare minimum to residents as far as being helpful or productive in communication outside it's limited ways to offer us ways to pay while charging fees of thier own, & then FAIL consistently at having technical issues when trying to do the bare minimum of just working so we can pay our rent!

For the past week after I sign in it gets stuck on the home page. It just says "loading" with arrow going around in a circle but nothing ever happens. I'm not even able to get on the app. Useless

Just circles the last week and nearly made me late on rent. App is unusable, even on reinstall. completes, and i can see the in the background but cannot interact due to a corcle loadong icon.

It grayed my bank so I couldn't pay with it after I paid successfully with it 1 time, then was unable to add it again. Now that I want to pay my rent it keeps stalling at the loading screen . Even though I tested it the middle of the month to access it middle of the month. I tried uninstall, reinstall, etc. But Nothing Works! This App Doesn't work!

This app will cause you to get evicted from your apartment you cannot pay your rent but one time only. the rent office will hold you responsible for the Porter not working they will evict you especially in New horizon because they picked the cheapest Porter to use

At first it worked really well. Now it keeps spinning and you can't click on any thing. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and still the same thing. Please fix the bugs.
