App not as good as it used to be, is horrible. I've been a customer since 2011, and features have actually been removed. Now, it's time for my subscription to renew, but their system is refusing my payment. I've tried two different cards and paying through Amazon (an offered option). tells me the problem is with the payment company and to them, even though it's been three different companies. I've ed the companies, they all say the issue is with Golden Frog.

Unfortunately, it's not working in China (Sep 2024) to access YouTube. Tried in 2 cities with hotel wifi (not mobile) for hours and I gave up. My mobile internet is not blocked by the firewall, I believe they don't block foreign SIM cards while roaming. But could not use it for YouTube due to the data quota.

It is fast with a lot of servers I'm using it in Iran The main problem is when internet connection is lost for any reason or I change internet server from Wi-Fi to data or other way the app has difficulties in auto reconnection I should cancel auto reconnection and connect it again Sometimes it shows connected but doesn't work

Blocked in Russa since 2021. Protocol set is outdated as they DO NOT offer OVPN T and SSTP, that does penetrate Russian censorship even today in 2024 as I tested with competitors like Hide.Me tells lies like: "we are working to implement theese protocols" - nothing is done actually since I was told that more than a year ago. They proudly anonce about their "great achievements like Wireguard - that is absolutely useless it is easily blocked, their Chameleon also useless.

Discontinued my without notice. When I ed customer , they "had no record." When I showed them the receipt for 200 usd for annual fee, they said, "Oh, you have a virus. Scan your device and show us proof." Still no service and no refund.

Much better than hotspotshield wich never gets connected with any protocol. And surely better than windscribe with it's staff routinely throwing racist abuse at brown ppl. Oh yea, I have multipe screen shots of windscribe back up staff calling me and other brown s racist slurs. But yea, Vyper seems to be the best vpn I've used so far.

I've been using vyprvpn for several years now in Shanghai China. It's sad to say that over the last 2 years, it has been nearly unusable on my Android smartphones, and totally unusable on pcs under windows 10. They may be one of the most secured VPN company as they own their servers, but what good will it make if you can't even connect for several weeks or months in a row. Unreliable for so long and nothing offered as a gesture while they were not the cheapest around. Will go elsewhere.
