It's a pretty basic app, and there's certainly an enhancement which would make it stack up against other companies. That enhancement would be to track total usage and cost for the billing period to date. This kay even include a daily cost on the usage graph in the app, say, if you tap on the bar, it could provide the usage cost for that day.

Works fine but very basic. I would like to see my current plan/tariff/peak/offpeak times easily without having to open a bill, would have thought that's a fairly basic feature.

Edit: I like knowing that the company and developers are committed to listening to people's , the app has improved a lot! There is still work to be done but progress is visible. 👍 Original post: I just sign in and service in general it is not bad but the app does absolutely nothing, you cannot pay there, you cannot see much information about the , you cannot send data from the gas meter, etc. There is definitely no type of integration between the website and the app.

Simplistic app it would be nice if it didn't say outstanding balance if you're in credit and next to it you were given a rough to exact amount of what your bill is upto that day

Not a bad start. UI needs a little work. It's a bit clunky selecting , service & meter on the one screen. Should be able to drill down from months to 30min intervals in the energy usage. Dollar amounts for service charge/peak/off-peak on the usage graphs would be useful.

The GloBird Energy app is intuitive and easy to use with it's simple interface. I love the usage chart feature which helps me monitor my energy consumption. While there are occasional minor bugs, regular updates keep improving the app.
