Ignore all the 1 star reviews of the people that have no idea what they are doing. If you cant use this simple tool you don't need to be working on appliances. I use this every day and have never had an issue with it. Now if there is no service you can't use it but you have to be smarter than that and connect to wifi. If you're doing a firmware update with no service thats on you. 10/10 would recommend one for every appliance brand.

Tech is horrible, Android app won't even start, smarthq device won't talk with appliance most of the time, go to software updates for appliance and itjust sits there doing nothing, all around good thought but needs tons of work.

Tool is really good, but the customer service is horrible. They do not answer the phone or reply back when emailing them. But they make sure to charge the hip on time!

Every time I go to open this in a customer's house it has to do an app update. It's really annoying that you can't just use the app and click install later. Let me finish my damn call then I can update.

Up to 30 minutes to update, rediculous. It shut off my range and had to shut off breaker to reset it. Usless app. Don't even know why I ed in the first place.
