Horrible experience. I changed my WIFI at home, and tried to use this app to reconfigure my Fronius Inverter, but I could not do this very simple operation. Still I cannot connect my inverter to my home network. The app enters in an infinite loop trying to connect to the FRONIUS Access Point. I really miss the Solar.Web Live app where I used to do all in one single app. Why did you guys split it into two horrible apps? Believe me, I tried everything I could. Tried from Android, from IPad, from IPhone. I also tried the manual WIFI configuration.

App just gets stuck on "Connecting..." screen when trying to connect to invertor (yes, my WiFi is on and connected to FRONIUS-240... access point) and doesn't move any further. Like, hello, dum-dums you had one job: to make an app that connects to an invertor, and it doesn't do that! I paid for these features!

This is the worst App I have come across in my life, do you guys get paid to make it so terrible? Considering I am IT Architect, I am struggling with configuring Primo Inverter on my phone for past 2 days. No proper messaging, no synchronization, no compatibility, worst UX experience. Don't understand how Fronius inverters are best of breed, if you can't even connect to WIFI for monitoring. Your app has horrible screen layouts. God be with you!

Terrible update. App was working fine last week. Now App no longer allows access to my invertor. All I get is a pop up saying "device to use with solar.smart" with a spinning wheel and no options apart from "cancel". After 5 mins of the spinning wheel I had to cancel the pop-up and was left with a blank white screen.

This app is as bad as their inverters are good. If you do manage to connect via WiFi, which I eventually did, you are into a rabbit Warren of illogical rot which is so complicated that you either decide to devote days to learning it....or you uninstall the Fronius app(s) and get on with life, as you should, while the inverter hopefully does what you paid for it to do. Fronius, please DO NOT ever remove the interface on the inverter. It's simple and It works.

The app simply does not work for Android 11 devices! Infinite search loops. The work through solutions are nothing but another endless loop of frustration. Slow responses for solutions from the vendor (over a week) and when they come they just don't work and are the same broke work through suggestions that can be found on line! I love my solar system but the app is junk. Fix it!

Really terrible cannot connect on Samsung Device stuck in a loop! Wont connect to system complete waste of time. You think for a company this size that they could produce a better app. Spent so much $$$$ on the inverter itself, now wish I went for a different inverter all together.
