It is too buggy, freezes all the time, and shuts down in the middle of writing notes. Tadpoles is unreliable, and I always have a hard time ing pictures and videos, and when it works, the planned activities don't even show up. I tried logging out and in, and uninstalling and installing the app, but all the same issues arise. Please fix the issue.

Mixed emotions about this app. Overall, it's okay and minimally does what it's supposed to do. However, it does not load memories when you tap on "tap to load more" and it doesn't refresh the class list when you pull down. The camera lags a little when you take a picture if it even loads at all so I usually end up taking it on my phone and going through the album tab.

The app is only reliable about 15% of the time. It constantly crashes, it takes forever to load, it rarely ever updates the classroom status, kids will randomly disappear and then pop up in other class rosters, you can't preview videos before you send them, the message interface is so absurdly stupid- It is constantly sending off accidental half written messages. It's just awful. I curse whoever in my company decided to trap us in the living hell of having to use this godforsaken app every day.

No way to message parents easily and efficiently within the app. Only daily notes. I wish there was a way to click on multiple (or one) parents and email them simultaneously so you don't have to go back and copy word for word the email they provided and go back to a separate email. If there were actual back and forth messaging on the app I would give it more stars. Brightwheel is better and easier but my new daycare job uses Tadpoles sadly.

Many things need to be fixed. Please make it possible to go to past dates in the daily report/lesson area. Please make it possible to send messages between classrooms. Please make it possible to see when a student has been checked in after they've been checked out for the day. The messaging area can be unusable because the dialogue box is so small and usually covered by the virtual keyboard. Recent updates have taken away changing check in/out time of children and it's harder to edit nap times.

I work in a child care center as the lead infant teacher. My director wants all of the teachers to start using a classroom app to communicate with the parents. I just started using this app this week for my class. I had to play around with it a bit and learn how to use all of the features. It didn't take long and I love it. It's easy to use and has everything I need. The parents of the little ones in my class love it too. It's so much easier than sending home written daily reports.

Within the past 6 months this has gone all downhill. Constantly freezing or simply not loading across multiple devices. I see from the reviews that others have had the same problems and there is no response from the developer. What a shame. It used to be great.

Absolutely horrible app keeps freezing and crashing. So frustrating and infuriating since this is the main source of communication with my students parents. This needs to be fixed as many of the reviews have posted about the same problem
