The app is good, and so is the website. Simple to use. Rates charged for renting sky high though.

Absolutely dreadful, infuriating, and a waste of my time. Only notifies me that it "urgently" needs a proof of address after I book something (why not notify me before I even book?) then won't accept any of my proof of address, has a broken system so I can't even the photos, and when I do book something it changes the date by one day when I click through. SORT. IT. OUT.

Incredible the extent to which the update of this app made it unusable! Can't search with map, can't search within one lenders items, constantly crashes, take ages to get to your bookings and messages through pointless convoluted system, sporadic last minute requests for new documents, aaggghhh! Can you just completely scrap this update and go back to the old system? It worked soooo much better than this!

App has been useless for months. Can't or see messages, I'm still getting automatic SMS messages when someone wants to rent something but I can't respond or do anything about it. I also can't to the website via Facebook anymore for some reason so can't even access my on a laptop. Fees are also far too high for a service which rarely works smoothly. Shambles of a company.

The app hasn't worked for me for about 6 months now. I am still receiving notifications but I can't access the inbox or the rental requests (shows empty). The rest of the service is great. Fees are quite high and I would expect a working app for that price.

Absolutely awful Redesign, previously you could see all related items based on their rough location, making it easy to visualize how far everything is and plan if it's near your route or location to pick up... All of that gone noe, it's all in kilometers and It is now dreadfully hard to visualize and figure out how far things are.

What in the chicken nuggets has happened to the app!? Haven't used it in a LONG time and it's barely functional. Can't even do a search without "TypeError: Cannot convert undefined value to object". Used to be really good, who screwed up the code this badly and didn't restore from backup!? I say pull the app entirely and start over. Having an app with 1.4/5 rating is just embarrassing for the brand!

It's a good idea but this is not how you do it, I needed a rental for a photoshoot, I made the request 48 hours ago and I'm still pending verification, IV sent over all docs requested , there's no live chat, theres no one to call for help, I've been charged for the rental but it's not even been approved yet, how can you have this kind of app withouy any for your customers? Absolutely awful experience, would not recommend at all in its current form
