It was fantastic for a few years but it's now unusable. The latest update to fix unnoticeable bugs created a major bug if it's own - like other s have noted, loading payment type doesn't work. It's only able to load certain credit cards, not all as the app states. I've both phoned and emailed Mobil Smiles but the issue is still present. Fortunately other fuel company's apps work perfectly so I won't be using Mobil until this issue is fixed.

The new update is horrendous. Can't update any cards. It doesn't load on the payment screens (tried using multiple cards). I have my saved on my phone, and now it comes up as 'incorrect.' tried to update the , and now I get an error code (461) every time.

I have been a long time and generally satisfied with the app over the years despite occasional freezing after a payment. However, after the recent app update and instructions to update my card payment details, I was unable to update my card despite several tries. I am unsure of how to proceed as the screen just times out.

Payment method stopped working. Cleared cache, uninstalled/ re-installed app nothing fixes it. Says to load card, but then says already loaded but you can't use app to pay in car. absolutely useless. back to using BPme and 'Rewards'I guess. Cars queing up behind is a bit stressful while attempting to use app.

This app would get 0 stars if I could , I have credit on the app then as soon as I go to use the credit I get locked out then it says wrong since it made me re enter so I did the about 10 times and it's been a full day and no email for reset. Something is fishy I reckon they don't want me using my credit

despite messages from mobil to update card, app wont update cards, or cannot add cards to the payment option page. tried deleting card & reloading, just times out. tried un-installing app & reloading, tried changing settings.

Soooooo ANNOYING!!!!!Tried and Can't update my payment card on app. Tried to fix by removing my card completely now can even 'add' it again! Have opened and closed and even un and reinstalled the app. 😡😡

Since the latest update it has been asking me to update my payment method however it keeps timing out. Thought there would have been a fix by now as there's others with the same issue. Emailed the smiles team last week but have not heard back.
