My son loved this app (and podcast) and used it daily to answer his trivia and earn points. But it's been hard to use for over a month now and freezes almost daily. We ed and they suggested that we delete cache and storage. It's worked, but we now have to do that EVERY time we try to use the app. That requires us to go into settings, delete both, then sign in all over again and personalize our settings. Every day. It's just not convenient to use anymore.

if you forget your name or just make a new , as the app is not sending out any emails to help you sort out the issue. I tried two days in a row to get an email to sort this but for some reason you need both name and email and then it dies nothing else afterwards just a message claiming an email gets sent to you but never shows. the app was great until this happen and apparently there's no way of fixing or getting this solved.

App doesn't work. We try to click on the activities (Missions, Wild Wire, Challenges, etc) and nothing happens. We got a message that we have to content to play but then they're no clear way to it. When the app does respond on some items, it loads for more than one minute before taking us back to the main screen. We ed the app on my Android phone and our Apple iPad and are having the same experience on both systems.

Good app but the misien you can do to get the free pet I did than accidentally clicked out of it so I couldn't see the code than resumeit it and it never gave me the stupid code

A really great app for a really great cause. The only big issue is with the page itself; when making an , I had difficulty confirming because it would have errors that shouldn't have even shown up. Logging in after making an is a bit easier, thankfully, and once you're through that roadblock it's easy to do what you want to do. I'd recommend this to people who are keen on saving endangered animals, or animals in general.

First name has "bad words" in it??!! My child's name is Hope... I don't understand how that has bad words in it. I will give a better rating when this problem is fixed because that is her name and she can't even create an ... That's just silly!

Takes so many tries to just . It ask for name and for most of the time for a kids app. Every click, it lags ( hang on sec... ) frustrating. Content is good, app is poor. Needs lot of work to make it usable.

It's the best app ever. You can save animals, and it's like very creative. And everything is the best there you can, like gather up, level up and actually save real animals and watch knowledge videos like one more tree for just one tree or a pole and power are Garden plant garden
