for the Smart TV app: 1 - Every time I finish watching an episode of a serial and move to the next I get a message that the network connection has been lost and Star+ will reconnect when network is back. The workaround is opening another streaming platform and then returning back to Star+. 2 - It doesn't the progress of the last watched program especially if I use multiple devices.

You definitely need to improve the re-watching experience. When I want to watch something again, the time status is always at the end of the episode, it doesn't restart. And the time is never syncing. When I watch Season X Episode Y on my tv and I want to continue watching it on my phone, I have to open the episodes list because it will be on the last episode I watched on my phone, not in my . These experiences are awful.

Good catalogue,but USELESS S, you CAN'T watch them later, you have to be connected. Plus it's super laggy and slow, most of the times it doesn't work or it won't load the episodes, even on fast internet. It doesn't show a "continue watching" row and the list of favorites is VERY uncomfortable because you move horizontally I wish the list was vertical and you could see at least 2-3 movies per row.

Content is good in general. But the app itself does not work well when you want to cast to your TV. If youre watching a series you have to close the app and disconnect from cast with every episode and sometimes casting live sports just doesn't work at all! Should be easy to solve when Disney+ (same owners) works just fine with series and movies.

Together with discovery+ you have the worst system. It doesn't save your language preferences, which episode you are in, it keeps going back to previous seasons, for you to get to the episodes you need to search for the series (and not from "continue watching" roll). I really like the content but the app needs to improve ASAP.

I got error 39 when trying to play content on my phone (OP 6T). ed and they said there's basically no fix. Also they added that it's a known issue. If you Google it, you'll see its been an issue for about a year now (on Disney plus). Doesn't seem like they're interested in fixing it. They didn't even hesitate or try to convince me otherwise when I said I was going to cancel my subscription. I'm so disappointed.

I agree with Brahma Litrão. And add that subtitle styles are ALSO not available in the Chromecast wGTV app either! Please correct that!!! Also... the subtitle font characters are TOO THIN! They are sometimes unreadable in certain scene backgrounds. And I do not want to add a text background to correct that, as it is an inconvenience.

Awful experience with this app. Poor video progress control capabilities. Live events couldn't be restarted until 2hs after they finish the transmission. Also if you exit during a live event, it return to the go live time and the only option is a 10s back button you have to press a zillion times to get to the 10 minutes limit you can rewind. That if you are lucky it doesn't crash.
