Reigns: Her Majesty is the revolutionary follow-up to the smash swipe ‘em up hit Reigns. A cultural renaissance has bestowed the world with a new era of knowledge and enlightenment but greed and jealousy still conspire against the benevolent queen. Outwit and outlast those that would seek to depose you and your husband by swiping left or right, making just (or unjust) decisions on all manner of royal matters. Maintain the balance between the kingdom’s most powerful factions, use mystical items from your inventory, and navigate the increasingly complex politics and personal relationships of your dynasty.

New Kingdom, New Drama: Your royal decrees and unpredictable requests of the people will shape both your time on the throne and the future of your dynasty. Carefully navigate the foolish politics and emotional pleas of the kingdom’s eccentric subjects to find balance between the most powerful factions of the land.

Mystical Inventory: Find and upgrade five special items in a new inventory system. Use your powerful items on character cards and unlock special paths in the ever more complex narrative of your kingdom.

Royal Challenges: Reach specific goals set before each new monarch’s reign to unlock new sets of cards and new directions to take the story of your dynasty.

Nerial and Friends: Reigns: Her Majesty is a collaboration between François Alliot (design/programming), Arnaud de Bock (art), Jim Guthrie (music), and Leigh Alexander (narrative director).

Fun but too many bugs... First of all, the game doesn't fit my screen well so some of the wordings were cut off. Second of all, I've been trying to dueling myself for one of the quests, and winning many times, the character is still telling me to duel myself, not sure what to do to proceed. The achievement is there as well but there's no way for me to proceed with this quest. Customer has been quiet as well for the past few days. It's a paid game so I was hoping for a better experience.

**SPOILERS** Very fun, very difficult. However, it seems a bit buggy at the moment. I've already gotten rid of the vampire, the foreign queen, the princess, and the mirror, but they keep coming back no matter how many times I defeat them :/

It is a lot of freaking fun and I really want to see if there are anymore of these games, because I want to play them all. This game takes me back to the choose your own path adventures, and I always was loved them I am not even done with this one and know I could play it a dozen more times and not be done with all the options. While the game looks simple and plain, it is not. It allows you to go dark, light or a balance. Of course you pay for your choices, but that is what makes it fun.

I absolutely love this game, what a great sequel to the original!! There seems to be endless scenarios and even discovering the deaths is pretty satisfying. The challenge is even more brutal, imo, than the previous game. The balancing system is super finnicky, and I haven't gotten the chance to live until old age yet so, here goes! P.S., definitely buy this game. You'll have a good time.

It's a nicely balanced game with interesting mechanics, but I have some bones to pick. It's difficult to understand steps you are supposed to take to advace the game, especially since many events happen every twelve life cycles. Some story cards happen only once, difficult to differentiate between them and normal ones, and gives little room for not choosing right. The ending was very underwhelming and extremely vague, it's an unsatisfying close. And the AUTO ROTATION, it's an absolute pain.

This is just an awesome and unique game! You can set it down and b pick it right back up at any point also. It's got a puzzle type vibe that's challenging but not so hard that it's frustrating. Imo, the bits of info you uncover as you progress build upon the plot filing in holes while creating new questions, so you get satisfaction and a continued interest. The characters are also all super entertaining and I want to meet them all! It also has quite alot of content! Great job!!

A great time killer...but not mindless! It's more of a resource management puzzle game. You pick options not necessarily because you want them but because you need the resource it provides (or takes away). It's all a balancing act. But there are certain times where you need or should pick an option for progression or to solve a puzzle. Lots of practice and your reigns might start pasting a while. Such a neat, simple at first on the surface, but more complicated the longer you play. Love it! ❤

Great concept, incredibly compelling and captivating in the beginning. The music, atmosphere, and plotlines, and characters are great. But, things do get repetitive very quickly, and if you're a completionist trying to see every card and unlock every death and title and ending, that repetitiveness quickly turns into annoyance as these evade you. This game is here for a good time, not a long time.
