We have major issues with your Daikin Services. After purchasing a brand new Air conditioner from you guys, we have to face an issue almost every month. Plus your Service people are coming and charging extra for every single repair, even for a small matter of filling in gas or servicing anything they will just keep charging extra. While in warranty.. I will now take this to the consumer court. You guys are totally third rate.

App will not open or closes as soon as it is launched on my Sony Xperia. Same happens on my colleagues Samsung smart phone. App is currently unusable.

Since the last update this app does not open on android. I've tried two device's that the app worked previously on, but now crashes instantly. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still not working. It's a real pain when working on equipment in the field especially when you can't get a phone signal for daikin .

Service of daikin is very very bad. Its totally depend on onedios app and work only for onedios . Its totally useless. Overall service is zero.

Gives answers to codes, which is useful, but almost every answer involves the possibility of you buying a new pcb. - hey, it's always possible that a pcb is faulty, but it usually isn't. - it's almost definitely something that hasn't been suggested by the service manual/app.

App keeps switching itself off the second it loads. Can't get it to work. Absolutely useless. Never have issues with the Mitsubishi app but the Daikin one really is useless. Pretty bad for one of the leading HVAC manufacturers.
