Excellent tool - provides a clear 'single pane of glass' view into the power operation of my home systems. It's comforting to know there's a tool that watches your equipment carefully - and proactively notifies you know if powee goes awry. I travel quite a bit and "dial in" to my systems online. Having a mobile app that gives me an at-a-glance view of how the systems have been operating is incredibly valuable. Simple, solid, and useful. A÷÷

As many others have mentioned, the app (both in windows/mac and on phone) will always report the UPS as "offline" after several minutes. This basically makes the app useless since you cannot monitor anything. I have opened requested ports, the app and computer stays on in perpetuity - this very buggy software needs to be fixed before it is worth any money.

Trying to open app as usual but I am advised that I need to update app, but HOW? Taken to Play store but no update option there. This app was working fine a couple of days ago??? Can't open app at all now.

Another app seemingly designed with the iOS mindset. The app works fine at first, however when you leave the app open on a page and switch to another app then come back at a later time, the app doesn't try to re-initiate your connection so it just sits there and you have to exit all the way out and back in. Devs, you need to make your app re-open itself or re-establish the connection when the app has suspended due to inactivity in the background, there are plenty of apps that already do this.

Just awful. My trial somehow got messed up and app locked my UPS (inside app) after a few hours use. Tried to buy basic subscription but get messages "Your APP does not apply to Google Play store procedure. Please Cyberpower sales or ". This approach does not foster good relations with customers, having at least baseline UPS data available without subscription would be more conducive for maintaining customer base. It makes matters worse when I can't actually buy a subscription!!!

Even after bought In-App Purchases (e.g. Level 1 Plan), the issue still persists apparently. Power Cloud won't let my UT2200E stay connected AFTER few minutes closing the app and its status will be "OFFLINE" on the app, despite the fact that the UPS is working normally on the Power Personal for Windows 😔 However, if I don't open the app, my UPS can remain connected with no problem and its status is "ONLINE" on the app. Subsequently, I would appreciate if you can fix it soon, thanks 🙏
