Updated I've used this app for over a year. It runs smoothly for ing and slicing models on my phone. Having a Creality wifi printer isn't required for ing. Loads of free and paid models. Checking in daily and other small tasks nets you points for free , it can take some time before you have enough to get something decent (1 year for free filament), but worth a few minutes if your time, plus there are some cool made models.

Can't get the camera on CR10 Smart Pro to display on the app or the web version. Most everything else works fine. Love that I can remotely control the printer and start a print away from home. The camera has been the largest frustration. I hope for the ability to stream video locally soon. Can only use the Creality Print software to view the camera.

Works pretty decently. Not a fan of having to "pay" to use certain features (seeing as in I've already paid nearly 1 grand for the k1 max). Need to add a feature to change the print speed to 75% (or 85%) instead of just 50%, 100%, or 125%. Should get rid of paying for advanced features (like adding in another piece to print) if you actually bought a creality printer.

App has really bad connectivity issues. Even on home wifi the camera feed is really intermittent. It also pauses my prints on its own, and then says I need to push the button on the printer to resume. What's the point of being able to start a print remotely if it's going to pause itself and not allow you to continue? Come on creality, I know you can do better. *edited to add, will revise this to a 4-5 star if you fix the mobile issues with the mobile app. Everything else works just fine.*

creality software is clunky, bloated and ad heavy. Very poor app for a significant hardware purchase. One day "reward" to the shop is laughable. App is not intuitive and is buggy when trying to items directly to printer. The only redeeming quality to the app is seeing the print time percentage to completion. If I went back, I likely would have purchased a different resin printer due to all of above

Feels like this app is mostly ads for itself. I want to use my printer and the app is less concerned with loading files to print than it is with getting you to perform tasks for coins so you can buy someone else's model from their extremely bad "marketplace". If it was focused on the printer instead of the gamification of their app I might see the value.

Not impressed with this app. For what it is supposed to be, it is not doing a great job. Camera almost never loads, I am unable to select Silent print speed and all the BS points/coins and what level you are....utter useless. Just need to sluce, print and control my printer 100%, no community needed.

There are only 3 settings for s. s on/off, density, and base on/off. That's it. Do not use this app for anything that isn't either super tiny, or perfectly vertical and symmetrical. Otherwise the s (or lack thereof) will fail every time. Apparently there used to be a program called creality print that gave more options. Not sure why they downgraded to this.
