At first not many ads, fun and a little challenging. But as you hit the 3rd world...ads after every try, whether you win or lose..an ad. Then it becomes literally impossible to win or proceed unless you have MULTIPLE boosters which don't came easy. I have played games like this for many years and am very good at them. I understand a challenge, but this is more frustrating than anything. And the continuous ads! Had to uninstall. But it seemed like it could have been a good game.

Game keeps stopping. Would be great if I could get through more than 2 boards without the games kicking me off Update: Still unable to play the game without being kicked off even after emailing as the developer suggested. The game stops so frequently that it is impossible to continue. Unfortunately, I have to uninstall and look for an app that performs better.

Installed a few days ago. Enjoyable with challenge, but, compared to other apps of this sort, this one offers very limited advance moves, the bellhop moves slow, and frequently stands around shrugging his shoulders instead of performing selected actions, often causing level failure . Glitchy repeated ad, can't beat levels with full upgrades and full boosters. Going in search of another app of this sort.

I'm devastated. I should have data saved on my while playing this game. I paid a couple of bucks to get where I was at and Unfortunately I had to switch phones and in doing so I transfered over all my "data" in which it did not fully completely transfer the data that I played. So I will be deleting this app. To my utmost disappointment.

I just started this game and so far I'm liking it especially the speed boost LOVE IT! No other hotel game I've played has that feature so great job on that idea. I'll hopefully keep getting through the stages without spending money doing so. I'll come back and re submit my rating after playing for awhile.

It's almost exact as a few other hotel time management games I've played, some different bonuses, graphics. Only played in 1st hotel, then extra power ups are needed (like speed shoes) and to get thru purchases are only option.

Game is very interesting and addictive but to clear every level it requires gems . And it's tough to collect 20 gems to clear levels. Even ifwe use booster and tried to finish order quick so that more customers can come but no use, customer are fixed, and we need GEMS ONLY To clear level. Very irritating.

I love the graphics you have the option to buy things and you win things by watching ads which is a plus because everyone can't buy something they just want to play it doesn't take long to get to the next hotel and save your diamonds as much as you can the only thing I don't like is the piggy bank where it stores some of your diamonds that you win I feel like that should be a option
