Brilliant game. I love the rewards you can earn. A difficult game at times which keeps you on your toes Just need to add I did not get rewards when I signed up with my email. I sent an email to developers and a screen shot but no resolve. I have also lost out on rewards at the end of 2 levels I clicked on rewards but couldn't get them. I am very disappointed as I really do enjoy the game.

This game would be a five but it has some weird bugs. There's a consistent glitch where 2 customers are on screen but never progress on the Windmill level. One is in a room, never leaves, never requests anything. The other stays at the photo area. No matter how many times you try to take a picture they never move on. The rewards for watching a video (20 seconds, 1 guest) doesn't always give the reward. Would love to see these things fixed. Otherwise a great game.

Cute game, but gets too hard too fast for me. The first hotel was perfect, just the right amount of challenge. The 2nd hotel, the upgrades cost a lot and take forever, and b/c you don't have them, customers get impatient and then you fail your level objective. Just became no fun anymore. Sorry.

Really fun game. 3 stars because some levels have to have boosters or it can't be completed. It's too necessary to buy boosters even though there are generous options if you watch a bunch of ads.

Well started out great. But like all the hotel games tried before, got to 4th hotel and becomes impossible to get thru even with boosters. Made several purchases but just takes more and more. So on to the next!!!!!

First its fun give you perks once you spend real money and get the 2hr ply pack they speed the game so you can use all your diamonds on trying to win the level which even though you have ply time all your diamonds are being spent on trying over and over to win im on level 60 and believe me when I tell you it's set up so I spend money again and again to get weapons to help me win I was doing fine until I purchased the 4.99 pack when I'm done with my weapons and time I'm deleting

So far I'm loving this game. It's super fun but sometimes feels like there's a delay when I select a task to be done it's like it doesn't pick up on it but so far I'm really liking it and can't wait to see what happens when I get further into it so stayed tuned and try it out for yourself
