HOrrible app!!!! tried to buy two es and it would not add to cart and then all of a sudden, the contract has four es and no way to delete them. Now I have to create a phantom and then go back into my original app and add the new es. This app really sucks Whoever created this app should be fired immediately!

I bought season es and they don't load. I tried scanning the bar code, manually entering the numbers and look up. It says nothing found. They loaded on the actual website. They work on my wife's Google phone. It seems like the program doesn't like Samsung phones. Please fix it.

Old app wasn't great, but new one is worse. Now I can't pin my , and It shows up at the bottom of the list. And so far, all the "new features" look like either rebranded old features, or just a different way to get to the same old features (I'm looking at you, "I want to..." button!) The park map also now lets you rotate the map while you're zooming, to make things more complicated. At least the app has fancy new animations, though. Most of them aren't even broken!

Ok... It's a weird app and hard to navigate, which is why my review is 3 stars instead of 5, but the app gets it's job done. One feature I suggest they add is showing wait times outside of the park. It would make it easier and save battery because it doesn't have to track location. Also you can see how busy the park is. It would be useful but just a suggestion.

This app is slow, buggy, non-intuitive, inconsistent, and incomplete. It's a shamefully bad application but the only option I have for going to Knott's. The store takes you out if the app and into a website that doesn't know who you are and thus does not automatically connect your extra ticket purchases to the application. Even though the receipt for my purchase claims I can attach it to my in the app, I see a sum total of zero ways to do that. So, what's the point?

Ride times don't update. GPS directions drops you off in the wrong spot, such as behind the mountain but not at the ride entrance. So if you're new to the park you will be confused and not sure where to go to enter rides. The ride wait times require that you create an , but even then it's very faulty. Most the rides show up as closed even though they are opened. Rarely showed wait times. That's why I'm giving it 2 stars. It has great potential but needs bugs worked out.

Installed the new updated app & I can already tell this will not be easy to navigate. The map is a complete busy mess with all the bubbles covering most if not the entire map. Before you can jsut click on a dot on the map & that rides picture came up. even when you filter your options the bubbles still over take the map. Im hoping once I go to the park it'll be easier on the eyes but trying to plan ahead to see where things are is not the case with this new app. The graphics are cartoon like :/

Not Great. Please improve. As a first-time visitor, I was constantly lost. I was told are no paper maps and this app was it. The building and ride shapes on the map are vague at best. You can't rotate the map and the cursor does not point in the direction you're facing. Thus, I couldn't use the cursor to navigate, and I couldn't use it as a regular map by orienting myself with the buildings. I once tried using the directions feature to find a bathroom but ended up walking in a big circle.
