Fabulous selection with the cinema package but constant UPES errors. There is no rhyme or reason to it. Sometimes the playback works and sometimes it doesn't. Only way around is too the site and then watch. Very frustrating that after a few months it's still broken. If they fixed the constant errors this would be 5 stars.

I purchased the subscription specifically to watch the Champions League matches, but despite making immediate payment, I was unable to view any content as the service did not work. I have also attempted to your customer service multiple times, spending over 45 minutes on the phone without any resolution. This delay has caused me to miss the matches, which is extremely frustrating. I would appreciate a swift respons

When using canal + app, it makes my smartphone very warm which is very uncomfortable and not good for the smartphone. Please fix the heating issue by optimizing the app for android. For example when i use the netflix app, my phone doesn't heat at all.

Got a free month from Samsung. Canal+ cancelled it on the second day claiming they couldn't see the payment from my credit card. Of course I made the test payment to confirm my card, and got the refund. No way they could not see this. They promised to look into this. Now the month is almost over and I am still waiting for them to get back to me. Do not subscribe. If they're doing this kind of things to the customers they want to attract, I'm not sure they're treating paying customers any better.

Once I select my country, it says, " An error has occurred," and only the exit option is available. First of all, i have cleared the cache and reinstalled the application multiple times, no timers have been set in my phone for the application, and I still can not get past that error. Tried literally everything, and it still does not work. Developers need to fix this issue seriously. This is pathetic.
