Useful app for it's purposes. however, there's still too many issues and they're slow to resolve them. Message notifications sometimes take hours to pop up, which affects response times for guest requests. The app shows messages as "unread" long after they've been read, responded to, and marked as "no response needed". Calendar takes too long to sync with other similar apps (risk of double bookings). Still no direct message button to reach customer service. Booking payouts still hard to follow.

Terrible update that fixes non of the existing issues. It's impossible to manage the property on the go. The 2 step verification is triggered every single time you click on a button to a new page. You are required to reauthentificate several times per session and worse, you never receive the code, rendering it literally impossible to do anything on the app. Absolutely useless and time consuming. You can of course call their incompetent but when you are roaming, it can be very expensive.

It's was good a few months ago now it's not. I have to every time and now I can't with my phone because they want to send the special verification code and when I select text message I don't get that anymore. They actually call with an automated service which gives me the code. I can't put the code in cause the call interrupted my screen with pulse when I try to select it the verification code space is gone!

I AM NOT RECIEVING ANY NOTIFICATIONS!!! I have all of my notifications on, but I don't receive a notification when I have a new booking/messages! I just received a call from a guest who is at the property waiting for check-in when I didn't even know that there was a reservation and the property is not even clean! I can't be on the app 24/7! THIS IS CRITICAL!!

Several very annoying issues: first is that you can't remove rooms from app. When you go to the availability, and chose specific dates for removing available rooms, it simply don't react to applied changes. You have to go to pc application or do it via browser. Second one is that you can't invoice from app, no s. You have to do it via browser as well. Please resolve them

worse application for bookings. I don't help the owner at all. I have a lot fake reservations and cannot cancel them. I have guests who cancel their booking in the middle of high season and nobody is chaging them. I'm the one losing. pulse doesn't care at all. eventhough they are supposed to protect the hosts.

Messages don't get sent to guests. App sends notifications but once you click on it instead of app opening directly to that message the app opens up to where previously left off. Now you can't find that message unless you jump thru hoops in finding whomever sent that message.

Shocking at the moment. When you click on a guest chat it says their name is 'anonymous'. You'll get a notification that a guest has sent a message and if you forget to view notification before going on the chat you'll miss the message as the message from the guest is not in the chat. Its got worse today, I cant now even send images from my gallery to my guests (to show pre check in photos) as the plus symbol allows the option to then cluck on your gallery but then nothing happens.
