Great job on all my floors! carpets , vinyl, and inside outside carpet too. picks up cat & dog hair. I love it does all the work by online app. Just empty dirt plus clean brushes after each cleaning. It is ready for the next day. I can use it many times a day. I only use it at 6pm every evening. My floors look amazing! I love my robot vacuum!

I love that it does my vacuuming, but it seems to get in a corner and takes ever to get out of it, so I d think I will have to always be home when using it. it's been caught in the same corner now for about 10 minutes. It seems to do a fairly decent job though.

Update, used old version of app from AP mirror, works good, Nice shiny new robot, BUT app not working, can't connect, scan upc code not working, manual input not working, cannot setup robot. Waiting for

App is a bit hard to use first off. Practice improves that. I definitely like the vacuum cleaner. Floor washer, I put the pads on damp as it seems to wash cleaner.

The app was finally working seamlessly for a long while but now, again, after an app update, I can't access the menus for the filter or for my roller in my vacuum after purchasing a new filter in order to let the app know that I've changed filters 😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 like I've said before, what's the use of paying hundreds of dollars more for a "smart connected" vacuum (crosswave max) if the "smart connected app) doesn't work???? Please fix ASAP 🤬🤬🤬🤬

The Bissel app is transparent. easy to understand. The feature which lets the Bissel robot clean a certain area, only is not working for me. The idea is to remove stains. the robot is ment to be placed on top of the stain and so eventually remove the stain. This feature does not work. though it could be useful.

The app keeps crashing and will not connect to my vacuum. Troubleshooting, seems the app isn't up to date, but there's nowhere showing that the app needs to be updated. Super frustrating.

It works just as I need. Only thing I wish I could find was where to add another household member to my to see and control the device. But the app was simple to setup with the device. Works well.
