In 10 years, I never had any problems at all, if there is a problem with app, not very often just call office. You can set up card payments. Book days and weeks in advance. Track drivers to see were they are. Very friendly. Would not change taxi company at all. Even took me to Stratford upon Avon cheaper than train.

I have been using Elite Radio Cars for a number of years now and have always received first class service. The phone operators are very polite and efficient. The drivers are very polite,efficient and friendly. In my humble opinion, Elite is the best taxi service in Birmingham. My genuine thanks to everyone.

The 3 Stars I have gave are Purely for the Drivers as most of the Drivers I have had are Nice People to chat to and are Polite and Helpful. The 2 Stars that I haven't gave a Purely for the fact that More often than not when I go to Phone for a Taxi Mid Morning (ish) I get told that ALL Call Handlers are Busy with other Callers and will Answer as soon as possible so, Then I Phone another Firm and ALWAYS get connected straight away. I think Elite should Hire extra Call Handlers during Peak Period.

i use elite alot but this is the 2nd time ive order taxi at 10.30pm and was still waiting at 12 endid up getting another taxi
