I am unable to access my photos and videos on AT&T Cloud. The website only shows a blank screen, preventing me from ing 14 years of irreplaceable memories, including those of loved ones who have ed away. Despite ing , the issue is unresolved. I kindly request an extension of the January 6th deadline to allow time to retrieve my data once the issue is fixed. These memories are invaluable, and I hope AT&T will prioritize resolving this. The amt of space is great but there's just not enough flexibility. Why wouldn't I just use Samsung or Google's service? I mean, they're usually already baked into the device anyway. There needs to be more flexibility as well, for example like with Google Drive or One Drive; i have the ability to whatever i want. Plus, ATT cloud is like an all or nothing deal (u can turn on photos, but it's gonna back up ALL you're photos) u don't even have the ability to choose which items u wana back up!

" 500gb of cloud storage for $4.99 a month. They almost completely hide the "no thanks" button too. Even after the update the app just plainly doesn't work or even load anything after you select "no thanks" to the $4.99 plan. You used to get standard device backing up cloud storage for free, but the typical AT&T mega Corp is screwing ya over with something you used to get for free but is now another subscription tacked to your bill! Just delete the app, it won't work without the subscription.

It's defective, I tried upgrading it and it keeps telling me I need to Uninstall an android program, I'm not mes my phone, I feel like at&t always does those to get you to buy a new phone 😦 *update 12-18 I tried opening the app and it worked this time, I'm not sure if a update hadn't applied but I didn't get the error message and it's backing all my stuff up. I think this should be a heads up for anybody I'm always like my storage I'm like the AT&t but to find out that somebody can use an AT&t sign and help her app to help themselves into your in your financial and then to find out that they have control over many of your apps and have for many years so easily to get inside people's internet and your homes and it's all gone be careful

It doesn't work! All I get is a spinning circle, tons of quickly flashed messages, then it stops on a page for me to pay for the service. When I tap NO THANKS, spinning circle starts, screen flashes quickly & repeatedly over & over until I get to that same screen asking me to pay for the service. I have an s24 Ultra I bought in July 2024. This app isn't working properly. It's so bad, I have a spinning circle right now still as I type this message. ONLY HAPPENS W/THIS APP!

Upon opening to "fix" something (phone says it needs attention), it gets stuck in a boot loop and then crashes completely, giving me an error code and the only two options are disable or close app. Would benefit from a "report issue" option.

So far so good... Well i was under th impression that ERBODY with AT&T had access to this app... NOPE! Since i have a "business" I'm not able to utilize th "PERSONAL CLOUD!" But now that i pay insurance for this phone i have, I've been given access to a different AT&T cloud which i thought was pretty coo but... IN TH PAST 3 WEEKS, IT'S ONLY ED A FEW PHOTOS AND VIDEOS! I'M GETTN FED UP WIT THIS COMPANY!
