Useless app as it only backs up some of the photos on your device. A backup program should work 100% or it is not working at all. There is no way to select which photos to back up. I have over 13,000 pictures on my phone in different folders. The app backs up a portion from different folders (including WhatsApp sent files, which do not need to get backed up). We need an app improvement where we can select easily whcih folder to back up (like Google Photos has ;-))

I'm on day 2 of ing 700 pictures. I'm not sure why it's taking so long, and it's affecting my data usage (phone and internet is much slower than usual). I don't have access to wifi so I use my data plan. My phone also gets hot and battery usage is higher (I have the Samsung Galaxy S23+ Ultra). The Backup status screen should allow the to select pi tures and videos they want to select, but is does not. The unlimited option is a great plus!

Having unlimited storage as per having the protection plan is nice but please add the option to 'select all' from a specific album instead of selecting 1 by 1. I don't want every single device photo, screenshot or a GIF sent from WhatsApp for example to be .

Good in theory. However, it freezes EVERY time I open to manually backup, or move photos that have already been backed up, into albums.

Awful app. Has to be open in order to backup. Does not let you choose what to backup. Burns through battery and makes your phone hot when it does backup.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MEDIA. I CURRENTLY HAVE 400GB+ PHOTOS AND VIDEOS THAT I CANNOT TO GET THEM OFF HERE AND THERE IS NO SERVICE TO HELP!!! This app is terrible!! Too basic, not friendly and SUPER BUGGY. Constantly freezing and shutting down! I ed my media and now I can't even ed it again. Don't trust it!

app works as intended. it did crash alot to me at first installing. I originally restarted my phone worked and crashed then I later followed up by unintalling the app and reinstalled. For now it works on wifi not sure how it will do with cellular service. Over all transfered around 5k pics and videos in a few hrs over wifi.

I'm not going to pay extra for my photos to be stored when I already pay for my service and if you want people to keep people then service's like this should be FREE because the American people would be more likely to do more Business.
