Terrible designed app. Chat can't actually do the most basic of tasks. Can't for over a month now because it's stuck on a "looks like your logged in" loop. You'd think a "tech coach" would be able to fix this terrible app.

if you like talking to a warranty sales people this is the app for you! it's verizon's way of not doing anything. No phone number. No way to get real help without getting upset and threatening to cancel your Verizon . I did not sign up for Asurion.

The only way they can access your (not your phone) is when they send a text message with a link to either allow or deny access. Otherwise, tech coach is great. I have never had any issues. I will, however, have them call me instead of chat. Any issue I have is always taken care of...without having to constantly repeat myself. I pay extra for the service.

Very smart and informative, not just acting as a silent background application. It gives periodic red alerts for major scams, email vulnerabilities to avoid, and first response type of ai which seems to know which devices may be affected by certain vulnerabilities. Not only does the app inform you of what is going on, but it also seems to do a good job of giving me an idea, in laments , a sort of thesis on the vulnerability and how to alert others. Not bad.

Some of the people know what they are doing, others can be dangerous to my phone! I PERMANENTLY lost family pictures (no copies in other devices), vacation shots and other shots taken when the "coach" was helping with e-mail. All lost because someone that claimed to know the system assumed they were saved, didn't bother to ask. Use CAUTION before allowing someone to come in a back door! Better to ask a kid in school.

Frustrated by the inadvertent response of my phone telling me that my Ringtones were not ed by it, and I knew better! With Tech , Cho was able to get in and see what the problem was. Now I am able to assign Ringtones again. They're important in my life, as some calls have more precedence than other's when I am busy. or driving; knowing when I can answer, or call back, either immediately or later.

The info provided by the Tech coach is invaluable. The range of topics are numerous, basically, something for everyone. In addition, the chat feature allows for access to live help without having to make a phone call and further wait. I have utilized this app and all its features and have never been disappointed! Give it a try.

absolutely love the Tech Coach app, I was having issues today trying to find "data saver" settings so I could turn it off, I wasn't finding anything. janice(I think that's her name) helped resolve the issue by 1) recommending different things none of which worked. uninstalling and then reinstalling my Facebook app solved the problem. she said when apps update it dont always clear whatever issue. will definitely use chat feature if its ever needed again. I highly recommend this app to everyone.
