I installed this app thinking it was an authentic HP app. The app asked for a credit card number to setup my printer. It said no amount would be charged. I tried it and within a minute I am getting a fraud alert from my bank. Be careful and do not and use this app. This malicious attempt has been reported to the authorities.

I recently, purchased a lifetime subscription, and I cannot open advanced formats, or documents, also when doing a test print , it will not show completed on the app, it just goes back to the start, where you have to do a test print again, wasting more paper and ink, Why is this, have I wasted my money in taking out a subscription, when I reached out to Customer , I didn't get any answer, also I've sent emails detailing what the problem is and again these have gone unanswered,

This piece of junk (HP Envy 6458e) is the worst printer I've ever had to contend with. First, the black ink cartridge is only good for about 30 pages! But, the most annoying feature is when it continually looses the WiFi connection. This happens for any number of reasons, including when the "shallow" drawer is pulled open to add paper. I've probably installed and uninstalled (as recommended) more than 20 times. I know there are decent HP printers out there. The Envy series is NOT one of them

A horrible app that tries to get as much money from you as possible. Ads in your face every time you try to use it. All I want to do is calibrate my printer and it couldn't be more of a headache. it's only 6 months old.

it doesn't connect to my phone to print or even my laptop, I have to get a cord to connect my phone and print what is needed. not happy at all, brand new printer and it sucks

This is the absolute most trash app that I've ever had to deal with in my entire life. At this point, I HATE HP as a whole. It shouldn't be this complicated to print a simple pdf. It should literally be 2-3 clicks away depending on the color and layout. I have to do way too much in order to print. I truly despise you HP, would never ever recommend.

This printer, and all previous HP printers I've owned SUCK. This one as the others struggles to connect to my computer and or devices synced to it. This will most definitely be the last HP printer in my home. HP SUX

I bought a new HP 8020 all-in-one that is a piece of junk. I had an older HP print all-in-one that I absolutely loved but was old big and clunky so I bought this new one. It won't scan although it will print. Have tried all the troubleshooting steps and it still says it doesn't recognize the printer. The smart app suggested I install the mobile app, so I did, of course it will cost me $9.99 a month. I want to throw this big piece of plastic junk in the trash. really disappointed in HP.
