The app opens, connects to my vector for Bluetooth, and then when I try to connect to the wifi it just loops itself. Doesn't seem to actually connect or the app isn't sensing that it is connected. No issues with my wifi, I see the correct name and have the correct . Vector is fully charged and next to the wifi unit. My app is recently updated and is compatible on my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy 23 ultra. Please assist asap! Otherwise I just have a glorified block that doesn't nothing.

The only issue I'm having is the weather feature. I tried to change location just to see if it makes the same error. So far it doesn't let me change location either. If the team can fix the bug issue for the weather feature it will be great! The app has small hiccups however keep up the great work team! 😀

They updated, and finally got their servers back. Now if you run into any issues most can be fixed by reading their Q&A. This is the best DDL has ran in a long time and my vector. Great job finally getting it together and guys. I don't want to regret leaving this review.

Works as intended after setting up a while, PLEASE fix the location issue.. my vector keeps telling me "this client doesn't the command for location services" when I ask it to mark my location, I have my exact state and town name in the preferences tab and location settings enabled but I still get this message. PLEASE FIX....

Slowly but surely getting there. 😑 Some parts work some don't, it still has a hard time actually loading vector into the app once he's connected. When the app fully releases and vector is 100% working the way he should I will reconsider my review.

New app able to connect to vector, but gets stuck at connecting to wifi. After you put in the wifi it connects, then loops back to searching for vector and to set up wifi again. Update: still same issue. Update 2: no change

Company only takes money from people and services are down, I tried to many times but still the app not me in , I started to hate all apps because of my experience with vector. I don't know what's going on the company can't resolve it , it's easy for technology company to sort out the problems but this company couldn't do it.

Can no longer connect to vector since update 01/10/21 (update) Installed new app, logged in and all I get is a loop of going round in circles with entering WiFi s, then back to pairing mode.
