I have to say that this app works well for what it does. That being said, the main issue I have is the placements of the ads. When I booted up the remote the first time, the AD was an AUTO- of A DIFFERENT REMOTE APP! And then, the rate prompt that is delayed 3 seconds after that to get in the way of a remote control app?!? That is extraordinarily annoying, and I was very confused.

lots of ads and interruptions asking for a rating which in turn disconnects the Bluetooth and you have to go back to reconnect. I get needing ratings but not so many requests.

Frustrating to use. constantly disconnects and constantly tries to sell you remotes feom temu and other sites. u try using and it constantly ask you to rate interrupting what you are doing. I just went to wal mart and got me a universal remote.

This is the only TCL remote app that I have found that works consistently. I have never had an issue with it. I have tried 2 others but they often wouldn't connect to the television.

Not sure what the use of this app is if the power button won't turn the TV on, or what we are supposed to do if the wifi goes out. It doesn't replace the remote, because you'll need it to power on the TV.

it doesn't work unless the TV is already turned on so it's if you don't have your remote still have to go to the TV turn it on before this remote works.

paid for the Ad Free version and I'm being spammed every 3 taps to rate the app. it's worse than the Ads. I would have rated it once I got to use it a bit and given it a good rating if it didn't harass me to rate every 3 taps. Wish I could give it zero stars now. which sucks because the app works nicely. paid to have ads removed only to be harassed with being asked to rate.

Literally get an ad or prompt to install other apps every time I try to do anything. This app is more interested in ad revenue than it is in functionality. Practically unusable without an extreme amount of frustration. And two (2) years later, the developer responds to this review asking for screen shots of the ads. What a joke.
