Nearly completely useless, a half implementation, use the website but don't try it on mobile, all of agoda tools are only make for desktop, and even then you'll find lots of bugs. Not to mention that you have to walk in circles for hours because the apps are not intuitive at all and most of the important features are hidden. They say some things can only be done by by then they never responded. Terrible service as well.

A great idea but SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED! Once app fails, then the web one won't work because you can't . Resetting s should not be waiting 20+ minutes for the reset link and should not say your failed to change after that much waiting. An example of taking what worked (s) with something that does not work or is full of bugs. At least allow the hotels the option of being able to via or pin. Requiring only pin means no backup plans.

Under new reservation bookings menu, you need more time to analyse who is checking in and who is checking out on particular day. It is better to use the old design, older version. Also under the calendar menu, you dont know your "zero available rooms" in particular month

Trash. Some links redirect me to the page not found error. Content doesn't fit on the screen. Worse experience than just using the website. Basically it's everything you would expect from Booking Holdings.

This app giving me more trouble than helping me. The bug is everywhere, I could not apply the unit properly, could not change the settings properly. Now even I want to delist the unit, I cannot do it successfully. This has giving me restless days and nights. Now many problems exist to my unit, YCS asked me to refer Agoda whilst, Agoda asked me to refer YCS. Please! i just want to close my !

Frustrating Experience I've been using this app for a while now, and it's disappointing to see that it's not mobile-responsive. Navigating through the interface on my phone feels like a constant struggle. Moreover, the app's speed leaves much to be desired – it's sluggish, making simple tasks a time-consuming process. Hoping for improvements soon.

The mobile app isn’t -friendly; the options aren't visible at the top or bottom, making it hard to use. There have been no upgrades in the past year.
