Soooo many random animations, gotta click 2-3 times on everything to get the information, spend more time on the fluff than I do the game. I see the "fast animation" setting and it does nothing. Just show me my stats after a game, let me start my next game. Play your animations if you want. But if is rage clicking the screen. Maybe let them skip the stuff and get back to the game.

Been playing this game casually for over a year. It's one of the only mobile games that I've consistently enjoyed for this long! Learning the different deck dynamics, learning how to match spells to the randomly generated buffs the enemies receive, to finding the best item and spell combinations; this game is pretty simple at face value but gets amazingly complex the further along you play, generating fantastic replay value! I FINALLY got my barb epic run and all achievements before reviewing!

I have always loved my solitaire games, but this one has stolen my heart. Instead of building a game around solitaire (e.g., solitaire tower), the developers have reimagined the experience by incorporating new methods of gameplay while maintaining the basic mechanics of the classic. I am an agility player; I love to engineer a solid 10-15 card run. This game makes me think about the cards in a whole new light. <3 - bug(?): when buying items to 'hold', they don't appear during next battle

The good- of all the phone games I play, this I return to most. It's addictive, charming and immersive. Lots of strategies to employ with the rpg-like classes. Unlocking is just challenging enough to feel rewarding. BUT there's issues I wish devs would update. I have unlocked everything and beat this with several classes, and have 2200 gems and nothing left to use them on. There should be continuing challenges to use them. I got stunned FIVE turns. This is excessive! How do you counter THAT?

An excellent little deck-building roguelite that's well worth the price of unlocking the full game if you enjoy the free, limited version. Only nitpick is that, in the catalog of spells, some of the classes' exclusive spells aren't listed, even after unlocking those classes and getting those spells in a run. Seems like it only added the cards of the first four decks I unlocked. Other than that small bug (which has zero effect on the gameplay) a very charming, fun, and accessible game.

This game is fun, easy to learn, hard to master, has no ads and can be played without delay. The problem is that this game will never be updated, and some of the paid classes need updating. The entire point of the Barbarian is to take damage. When he reaches 3 hearts, barbarian smashes. This is fine for the first three or so levels, but as you go on, this doesn't work. I've played this class many times, it can NEVER win. But there are at least four good classes. 4/5 for useless classes.

Game is pretty fun. Presentation is great, mechanics are decent. But theres not enough variety as you fight the same enemies each time through, and the other three decks are behind a paywall that's hidden from you until you go to unlock one. Lots of potential here but it doesnt quite follow through.
