Once again Dimplex give us a new app which on ing wipes all of the previous apps connections and settings so you have to start again (this has happened at least once before). And to make matters worse it won't connect to my heaters (that are about 5 years old) as it says it doesn't recognise them. I'm now being prompted to their helpline. So as it stands, the new app has stopped me having remote access to my storage heaters. Aaaggghhh!

Blows the remote out of the water! Not sure why complaints about "photos." It is simply a QR code to preload your unit's info. Easy and it recognized my wifi instantly. Use takes a slight learning curve, but nothing crazy. I now have set up 10 favorite combos on my Evo in color tones that are custom (bed not flame). Excellent app! I will be retiring the remote completely!

1. Cannot connect to the Google Home app? This is 2024! 2. In "Flame connect" (the app) where is the schedule feature..it seems like there is a timer but no auto on feature to schedule it on in the first place. 3. The top light doesn't seem to work in the app. 4. No grey light palette in between white and black to dim. Brightness is not adjustable. Also a color gradient should be added as a new feature. Please catch up! 5. Turning off and on again, it doesn't heat/fan setting.

Only manages to connect to my Vivente 150 fire on rare occasion. The fire is a €2'700 piece of kit so not a cheap one. I suspect it's the app that's at fault

Ridiculous that this app requires the wifi name to be under 20 characters to operate. I'm not resetting up my entire home ecosystem to be able to run this single app. Fix this.

Poor. All I want to do is control ana electric fire. This app asks endless seemingly irrelevant questions, as well as wanting to take pictures! I immediately deleted it.
