I just got this as a gift. It connected for about 5 minutes. When I opened the app to set it all up, I cannot do anything. Evert time I try, it says the device is disconnected. Prompts me to reconnect. I go into my Bluetooth settings, & it's connected and paired. I've rebooted my phone. Un-installed & reinstalled the app, and I've made sure all permissions are on. I can't do a factory reset as it has to be done via the app, & again, it won't let me go any further. So disappointed 😞

My son received this as a gift and we are both in tears because it DOES NOT WORK. I read all the comments here and tried all troubleshooting (delete/reinstall app, scan code vs. manual scan, etc.) suggested and it will not connect, no matter what method is used. You can't even set the clock to be functional without it being connected, and since it won't connect, it's basically a piece of disappointing electronic waste.

I like the many features but it doesn't work. It didn't come with any instructions and it took me a while for me to set up. Finally watched a YouTube video and was able to figure out. The step calculator is incorrect everytime I move my wrist it counts as a step. Maybe with time I'll get better but for now i will pay a little more for something better.

I had no problems with the watch when I first got it. Now it won't stay connected, it won't read the QR code on the watch face. My phone shows I'm connected however the device isn't. I not sure what to think now.I see other s are having the same problem and as the developer you're not even acknowledging this issue. Time for a new watch I guess. A different one.

For the money I guess its worth it . Most of the features work well. Cannot set the time to 12 hours , the charger is wonky and charges very slowly , constantly disconnects from app and the face dials change randomly. I do like the fact that I can track sleep , blood oxygen and blood pressure. It would be great if some of the bugs were worked out. I forgot to ad the most important thing. The privacy settings do not work ! Its an option on the menu but it does not work. Thats kinda sketchy....

A few other things..... Why does the app ask for s if you can't see or dial the telephone number!! Makes no sense. Everytime you loose connection you have to re-enable dual mode. BP co2 and heartrate show same readings on the couch as they do on my arm. Kinda funny,lol! There is absolutely no setting to brighten the screen on the watch. Totally useless outdoors. These are only a few of the many issues that could be solved with either a firmware or software update. Update: 1/10/2022 App has improved with updates. GPS tracking through phone works perfectly. Still need to have brightness level on watch, Raising my rating to 3 stars

Highly disappointed. Well it seemed to good to be true... and it was. Watch won't stay connected and will not reconnect either. It frustrating... The reason for 2 stars is because I did get it connected for 2 days and it was glorious. Texts and phone calls would come through just fine. It tracked my steps and heart rate. I am an active person so this was a big draw for me. Unfortunately it did not go as planned.. When it decided to stop working I was highly disappointed

For those who think "it didn't come with a charger" --plug the "broken" end of the watch into a USB port. You're welcome. Now, the watch isn't the best ever, but it's not useless either. Mine connected to phone just fine. Heart rate and BP seem to be correct. It shows my messages. BUT, battery life is non-existent. Options for different faces would be great. Before you say it's a waste, spend a little time with the watch and the app, and it might grow on you.
