I love the Nexoft apps. They're easy to follow, the music is great, and the sets are quick. I've been taking yoga classes in person for many years, but I've always had difficulty following the instructor. Strangely, this is the first time I've understood how to do the positions! I've been told I learn differently to most people. Maybe I learn better from computer generated instructors, lol.

Absolutely love this app, and it's helped me really stay active in offseason. While there are ads, they only appear when you open the app and click to pause workouts, never interrupting the workout itself. Additionally, I was very happy to find an app that doesn't make you pay but still has good features and doesn't overly bug you into paying. You can customize plans, mark down muscle groups you want to train, and you can input areas of weakness or injury to find lower-impact adaptation.

Hi, if possible please add static or dynamic position to each exercise (and one side or two sides) just by a brief explanation under the workout. Because the training clips are repeated and cannot be recognized. also please add how to breathe in each exercise (inhale and exhale / by mouth or nose) to the app. Thank you for your very good application 🌹🙏🏻

I tried 10 different apps and I like this one the best because of the timers and the voice prompts and the ability to configure the settings in a very granular fashion, even if I want to see man or woman and the different voices. Also the beginner workout for sedentary people is very relaxed and easy compared to the other apps. And $12 for 1 year of no-ads is a decent price compared to the other apps

Great free yoga app. Inclusive levels. Least intrusive ads I've ever seen. Two issues, the estimated time is typically 5 to 7 minutes short of the real time. And when they call for a left and right, the vocal directions say right twice or neutral and right. They almost never say instructions for the left side. It doesn't hinder the experience for me, but good to keep an eye out for when scheduling these. I'm really happy with this app and the goals I'm reaching

I enjoy using the app, but paid for the no ads yesterday, was notified of the hip right away, but today, still seeing ads. Plus I like that there is an audible conclusion (bell ring) at the end of each exercise, *except* for the last one in the series. You hear "your almost done" and then nothing. I think there should still be a bell signaling the conclusion. As a workaround, Make sure the music is turned on cause it stops (as I would expect) when the exercise routine is finished

If you truly are a beginner you should watch the videos first before starting the routine. I've also noted that sometimes there is a move for one side but not the other (might be just happening with added warm ups). I've come across 2 moves with missing robo descriptions. Easy level is definitely harder for a fatass like myself (I can't even put in my real weight as it doesn't go that high). But that's why I am using it!! Overall excellent free app.

Updated review: I gave this 3 stars originally because of some functions that didn't work or could be better. They fixed all my complaints. This is a great app to be able to edit/create your workouts if you have physical limitations. I'm loving it so much, I paid for the yearly subscription and I've shared it with friends. It helps to have some knowledge of yoga positions before using this app, but it has videos for all the moves if you don't.
