Healy itself is a neat tool, but the software for it is very poorly designed, and basic tasks that should be quick and easy are tedious and obnoxious. (& I'm baffled that this 2 version is about the same, or possibly worse than the first!) One of many examples- when running a different program than was last run, you have to adjust the intensity up from 15%. You can't set intensity defaults, and there's no slider, menu, or max button- you have to keep +/- 5% increments by repeated button presses.

I love this version much more than first one. It's easy to start a healing process. In first version I was needed a lot of tries to connect my healy to the app. In the version two, it connects to the app in a few seconds. Only minus is that numbers from 5 to 100 are too pale and small for my eyes. If you would make it black, brighter and bold as it was in the first version, I would give more than 5 stars if it could be possible. Anyway thank you so much for the great app. 🙏

I love the new displays, however I don't love that the programs have been renamed. Now when I use my Healy Advisor Analyze app, the programs that I am looking for in this new MagHealy app have a different name and I'm not sure that I'm running the program that was recommended to me in the other app. I would also like to see descriptions of each program listed here, so that I don't have to keep finding obscure links to the online manual and scroll to the right page to find the description.

Always takes a long time to search for my HR Plus. Recently, it fails to find my device eventhough I fully charged my device and mobile. On the other hand, when I tried with the Blue App, it found my device after 3 trials. I have reported to the Help Center twice. After my first report, connection returns to normal after several trials. But it fails again the day after. So frustrating.

Overall the app is easy to use but I'm finding different glitches that negativily affect its use. Such as the batteries on the Healy (and my phone) are fully charged but the app will shut down the running program, saying that the battery is empty. Also, the programs will sometimes shut down midway when I'm running. I don't use my cell when I'm using the Healy... Love the Healy but with these glitches, I'm always checking to make sure it's still running.

App interface looking good, but i observed some problem in app, Previous app there is an option to turnoff Bluetooth, but in new app there is no option,if I turn my mobile Bluetooth device wii be turing off, so please provide update, because in app Bluetooth turn off option more useful run upto 6 programs for one time charge the device

App is junk. It keeps saying my healy's battery is empty when it is fully charged and stops the program. I am not surprised since the healys themselves only last about a year and the warranty is only 2 years from when the original was purchased and after that you have to pay close to $400 for each replacement.

Hey wht happened ???!! keep on disconnecting and mess up the therapy session. Needed to disconnect it and finish selected session or else treatment dead halfway with connection !! Regularly needed to scan code to pair again with phone .Very unreliable apps , pls fix the bug ok ???
