Very useful as a starting point for anyone needing to follow low FODMAP diet. I had to look up additives like lecithin, gellan gum etc as the app has limited items. Would be good if you could add these things. Thank you.

Easy to use, great presentation. Gives just the right amount of information to navigate through everyday life; no unnecessary detail. May leave the scientifically inclined person unsatisfied.

Thanks to this application, I have managed my IBS symptoms very well withiut the need to totally eliminate certain ingredients from my everyday diet. It was life-changing for me. Very helpful!

This is good for a very simple app, but it doesn't include any combined foods or commercially prepared foods, like Cheerios or anything like that. I found that if I was out shopping, I had to look ingredient by ingredient, and some ingredients like molasses aren't in the app. So I had to use Google anyway. Also there are ads at the bottom of the screen and they actually cover up the bottom parts of the app so you can't read them.

Easy to use app that really helped me become better at following a FODMAP diet - especially if you're a newbie! Definitely the best FODMAP app I've found. A couple of simple improvements could help. The range of foods could be broader, and the language is American English so takes some getting used to if you're from the UK. Other than that super useful.

As d this app is free, simple and fast and has saved me tons of time & aggravation in a complex slog to find something I can actually eat without poisoning myself. Most helpful: teaching the concept of portion size. Displays safe amounts of potentially high FODMAP foods in grams & partially reveals which foods have what FODMAPS. Helps to minimize mistakes & "stacking."

New to FODMAP and was looking for info and answers. Came across this app, and it's been easy to use. Has wide variety of foods, and items. You can filter by categories of foods, groups, and has simple color coding (but be sure to click on to see amounts). I've shown friends too. As a newbie I'm really glad to have this app as a resource. Makes grocery shopping and going out to eat much easier.

I installed and uninstalled two other apps before finding this one. The others wanted to help me plan out a menu or find a nutritionist. But I just wanted a simple reference that I could turn to, for example, when I'm at someone's house having dinner, and I want to know whether I should eat the collard greens or avoid them; rather than having to google it all the time. This app fills the bill. It has ads but they're unintrusive.
