Still awful. Crashes all the time making the fire unusable. Slow to start and needs to link and the fire everytime the app is used. Poor clarity on when the switches have been selected to turn it on or off, high or low etc. No update for smart home connection still. This really lags behind expectations and usability.

Tried sll suggestions! Worked absolutely fine for 12 months. Suddenly, without warning, I am unable to connect. Comes up on Bluetooth but asks that I install the app. Have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It does not seem yo recognise that I have an app and a fire!!!! Just like previous reviews.

this app has worked fairly faultlessly for 5 years, but tonight the app just crashes, I've reinstalled 5 times and it just crashes, so now the fire is next to useless.... it appears to still connected via Bluetooth, but without the app it's useless. not happy......since writing this reviereview. its now working again so now I'm happy

App worked fine for a couple of months but has now stopped working. Will not open. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no difference. It looks like there was an app update yesterday 27/11/2024 so I don't think it's a coincidence. Edit (Dec 2024).... App issue now appears to have been resolved.

Had this fire for two years now... Sometimes it's fine but today I can't use it!! App keeps crashing... uninstalled and reinstalled but it's unusable! I notice that there was an update on 24/11...maybe you need to look at what is wrong with that! Absolutely hopeless as it is!

For 3 days I haven't been able to open the app to control my fire. The app repeatedly crashes - I have uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone twice, cleared the data, unpaired and paired the fire.... the app will not open. It's driving me crazy.

Been working fine for 2 years on mine and my wife's android phone. On Friday 29.11.l 24 keeps crashing. Reinstalled, still crashing! Managed to install the app on Chrome book. Seems to be working on that device Updated the app as suggested, all working fine. Thanks, team

Worked upto new version. Now longer works. ed message from them saying email ed on. Nothing since. Clearly not interested in debugging the app. Very poor. If you know of a different system get that instead
