Basically this is a $25 app. You have the option of a 3 day free trial, after which you will be charged $4 a month forever unless you purchase a lifetime subscription to the app for $25. Doesn't seem quite worth it. Also says in data collection that it collects photos & videos so not sure if that's only photos you to their $25 app or not.

ed this app bc my remote for my Roku Stick died and I have no AAA Batteries in my house. I was unsure if it'd even pick up my Stick as it says "Roku TV", my TV isn't a Roku and TV/Stick was off. It DID pick up the Roku Stick and I was able to turn TV on! Only thing this app is missing is the volume buttons [unless it's bc it's connected to a Roku Stick vs a Roku TV?] So can't change the volume level. This app will work just fine till I get some batteries and is a gd back-up.

Awesome!!!!We lost our remote in the bed SOMEWHERE.WE believe the Remote Eating Monster took it to another part of the house! I'm sure y'all have had a similar incident!!! *********10 stars for this app. It works perfectly on the very first try and doesn't try to charge you. I was using the Roku pro app however after 2 weeks it started saying no devices connected to the same network even though my phone and my TV are on the only internet Wi-Fi that I have so I tried a couple others and they tried to charge me $2.99 a week or $3.99 a month, or $20 for a lifetime subscription. This app is perfect exactly what I needed 10 Stars! Recommend for everyone!

If there's a updated version and or easier one , I'd be happy to try again . I just bought a 50" roku TV so an easier version might be more helpful . I am willing maybe to try one and give you my honest opinion in exchange for the newest device . I'm not trying to trick you . I'm homebound and disabled 70yo f . The new TV etx is for my new apartment . My old bldg was condemned and I lost everything , every single thing . So after 1 1/2 y on my daughter lumpy sofa , I got my place Again !!!
