This app lags so bad it's almost comical. There was an entire party going on across the street and the app picked up on nothing. Somebody walks by across the street and the app will decide to pick it up randomly. Also, logging in after receiving an alert and the app takes at least 2-3 minutes to load just for me to see who is at my front door.

The camera is not working. It says it has a bug. I un-installed it, and then I reinstalled it. I never had issues with the camera working until a few months ago. It started having different issues.

Got locked out of my apt because batteries went dead. Lucky it was during office hours. My apartment said lock will chirp, well no chirping. Lock/unlock chime changed but nothing to make me think batteries are low like a smoke detector chirp. My apartment said app will tell you batteries are low, but even they had to click on several tabs to find that. Should be a front page pop-up. Now that I know, i noticed the app ALWAYS says low battery even w/ BRAND NEW ones that I know are strong

I've got the smart thermostat and a keyless entry pad for my front door. I only need to have my mobile data on and it will work from the garage to get in the house. You can have up to 7 keyless entry codes and it tells you which person uses the code to get into your house. I just love new technology!!!

App always says it's locked so you never know if the door is locked or not. I enabled notification when someone unlock the door but it doesn't work. I accidentally enabled "auto lock" and I cannot get it to disable it. I've been trying to get it working with Samsung smartthings or Google home but it doesn't seem to work either either of those so it's little dissapointing.
