I loved this app. Used it daily. Now it is difficult to use and the exercises don't flow well. Plus, a huge portion of it now requires a fee. Bring back the old version. Edit: Thank you for hearing me! For the most part the free portion is amazing. Haven't purchased a subscription yet. Some day I might if things keep improving. Do appreciate that I can basically do this workout app anywhere.

The BEST app for its varied workouts focused on different target areas, different levels, and adaptable to the time you have. I stick to 8-10min sessions. I've lost a stubborn 7 lbs gained during the pandemic and kept them off over 3 years. I've seen the impact on building muscle, shedding fat, and providing the aerobic activity I need. Huge fan! I've been using this app for about 6 months now and it is a great app for home workouts. 1. It's free. 2. No ads. 3. It's free. 4. Very friendly interface. The app is very visually appealing and very easy-to-use. I like being able to filter for workouts of specific areas such as arms or core. Also when the workout starts you can pause or even skip a specific exercise if it's too difficult. Very simple and easy-to-use for a beginner. Overall, an amazing app that I highly recommend.

So easy and motivating for a non-exerciser like me looking to be just a little healthier! 🙂 EDIT 6/24/20 -- had to knock a star off because for over a month now, the calendar section of the app has not been working, and when I ed , I never received a reply. App is great...love the workouts and the many different options from beginners to advance, legs, abs, etc. I ONLY wish it could cast to TV and that we can schedule a workout with the reminder. All and all, this app is great and free...now don't go charging us 🤗. Update:. I love the workouts. Thank you so much. I would love to see more pilates and yoga series to balance everything out, that would be awesome. UPDATE:. 8/9/21. Great app, but what's going on with the progress tab... it's blank.

I like workout for women for a new reasons. First, it has music that plays BUT I can also turn that music off and play my own music. Which I really love because it distracts me from the work out. Also, you have a lot of variety on the type of exercise you do. So you can do a regular workout and one for your abs, butt, legs, arms, etc. They're short and sweet (and hard!) They get me sweating! Plus, they show you how to do the exercises correctly so you're getting the most out of the experience.

I liked the app, the workouts were good and the interface is fantastic. My only problem was from a medical standpoint, if you havd Scoliosis like me, or another physical problem your kinda stuck on the begining level. I understand that not everything is going to be Scoli friendly but it is a shame it's this hard just to get a workout that doesn't kill my back and knees.

Helps me enjoy workouts again-low phone memory makes it glitchy. I have enjoyed learning new exercises and discovering I actually have favorite movements and workouts for the first time in 3-4 years. When my phone memory got really low (below 1GB available space), the progress tracking screen went blank and the app shut itself down everytime I tried to watch a video of a specific exercise. Cleaned phone memory and the app kept crashing. I had to delete and reinstall it, but now it works great!
